Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Quality Engineering professional with strong expertise in Contact Center platforms, IVR/Routing automation, and UI/API test automation. The role will contribute to enterprise-scale banking technology initiatives, providing technical leadership across maintenance releases, enhancements, and ongoing support activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies for Contact Center and IVR solutions.
  • Perform IVR and call-routing automation and validate end-to-end customer and agent workflows.
  • Develop and maintain UI and API automation for enterprise applications.
  • Automate and validate Agent Desktop functionality and workflows.
  • Support maintenance releases, enhancements, regression testing, integration testing, and ongoing production support activities.
  • Analyze test failures, troubleshoot defects, and collaborate with development and technology teams on resolution.
  • Maintain automation assets, test documentation, and technical artifacts throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Work within a structured Agile and Scaled Agile delivery environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven Quality Engineering experience with Contact Center platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with IVR and routing automation.
  • Practical experience with UI and API automation testing.
  • Experience with Agent Desktop automation.
  • Strong Core Java skills for test automation and technical troubleshooting.
  • Experience working with enterprise development and delivery tools such as Git/Bitbucket, JIRA, Confluence, and IntelliJ or Eclipse.
  • Experience working within an Agile delivery environment.
  • Experience with Cyara or Hammer for IVR and routing automation.
  • Experience with Selenium, Postman, Karate, or similar automation tools.
  • Experience with AWS Amazon Connect.
  • Experience in banking or financial services environments.
  • Experience providing technical leadership for maintenance releases, enhancements, and support activities.
