## Role Overview The PSR Enterprise Architect will design, govern, and validate the end-to-end Product-Service-Resource (PSR) catalog model across the customer journey from Day -1 through Day 2, covering Buy, Get, Pay, and Support. The role will serve as a Future Mode of Operations (FMO) architecture advisor, aligning PSR and solution designs with target Business, Data, Application, Integration, and Process Architecture across telecommunications BSS/OSS environments. ## Key Responsibilities - Design and govern end-to-end PO → PS → CFS → RFS → RS models for product families. - Define PSR relationships, cardinality, characteristics, dependencies, lifecycle, and decomposition rules. - Govern catalog integrity and Mandatory vs. Optional characteristic classification across Day 0 and Day 1. - Define CPQ-facing commercial and technical characteristics and real-time qualification and quote flows. - Design Product Order to Service Order and Resource Order decomposition and fulfillment orchestration. - Align architecture with TM Forum Open APIs across catalog, ordering, activation, qualification, quote, agreement, and resource management domains. - Define Day 1 to Day 2 reconciliation between contracted line items, Install Base Items, and Configuration Items. - Map capabilities and processes across TM Forum ODA, eTOM, CRM, SM&O, and RM&O domains. - Extend application and integration architecture across Day -1 Catalog Authoring, Day 0 Buy, Day 1 Get, and Day 2 dependencies. - Produce current-state and future-state process flows, component interaction diagrams, communication diagrams, and API sequence diagrams. - Lead PSR onboarding for new product families and reconcile inputs from Product, Commercial, Pricing, CPQ, Service, Resource, Platform, and Infrastructure teams. - Produce PSR reference models, governance frameworks, API compliance matrices, eTOM process mappings, runtime inventories, and CMO-to-FMO capability mappings. ## What We Are Looking For - 8+ years of experience in Telecommunications, BSS/OSS, Enterprise Architecture, or Solution Architecture. - Strong hands-on experience with PSR / Product-Service-Resource modeling and governance. - Strong knowledge of TM Forum ODA and eTOM. - Hands-on experience with TM Forum Open APIs and telecommunications catalog, ordering, fulfillment, and orchestration domains. - Proven experience with Product, Service, and Resource Catalogs and PO/PS/CFS/RFS/RS decomposition. - Strong understanding of CPQ, order management, service management, resource management, billing, and assurance architecture. - Experience defining Enterprise Architecture and Application Integration Architecture across complex telecommunications environments. - Experience producing architecture, process, sequence, and communication diagrams and documenting current-state and future-state operating models. ## Preferred & Bonus Experience - Telecom service-provider experience. - Experience with TM Forum SID / Information Framework. - Experience with ODA Value Streams and Business Architecture. - Experience establishing or operating PSR governance frameworks. - Experience onboarding multiple product families into a common PSR model. - Experience integrating BSS and OSS environments and commercial and technical catalogs. - Experience with Install Base, Configuration Items, alarms, incidents, and operational correlation.

Key Responsibilities
