Role Overview

## Role Overview We are seeking a Lead Angular Developer to lead the design and development of modern, scalable, and high-performance enterprise web applications. The role combines hands-on Angular development with frontend architecture, engineering standards, performance optimization, and technical leadership. The successful candidate will drive reusable UI architecture, integrate enterprise REST APIs, collaborate across UX/UI, backend, product, and business teams, and provide technical mentorship while supporting Agile delivery and production operations. ## Key Responsibilities - Lead Angular application design, development, and frontend architecture. - Define coding standards, engineering practices, and frontend best practices. - Build responsive and reusable UI components. - Collaborate with UX/UI, backend, product, and business teams. - Optimize application performance, scalability, and security. - Conduct code reviews and mentor frontend developers. - Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs. - Support Agile delivery, testing, CI/CD, and production troubleshooting. ## What We Are Looking For - 10–15 years of software development experience. - 5+ years of Angular experience. - Prior frontend team leadership experience. - Strong hands-on expertise in Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript ES6+, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, RxJS, NgRx, and Angular Material. - Strong understanding of component architecture, state management, REST APIs, and responsive design. - Experience with Git and CI/CD practices. - Proven ability to lead frontend architecture, code quality, performance, and engineering standards. ## Preferred & Bonus Experience - Angular 18+ experience. - Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP. - Node.js, Docker, and Kubernetes experience. - Micro Frontends architecture experience. - Experience with Jasmine, Karma, or Cypress.
