## Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Oracle Cloud / APEX / Database Consultant with strong hands-on expertise across Oracle APEX, OCI, OIC, ADW, ATP, Oracle databases, application development, APIs, and cloud technologies. The consultant will design and develop enterprise Oracle applications and database solutions while supporting cloud implementations, integrations, deployments, testing, and production operations.
The role requires strong practical expertise in Oracle APEX and SQL/PLSQL, combined with API and integration development capabilities and experience working across enterprise database and cloud environments. Prior AT&T experience is required.
## Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Oracle APEX applications and SQL/PLSQL database solutions.
- Build and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud and REST APIs.
- Develop OCI, ADW, and ATP cloud solutions.
- Optimize database objects, queries, procedures, and packages.
- Integrate Oracle applications and databases with external systems.
- Troubleshoot application, database, integration, and production issues.
- Support cloud implementations, deployments, Oracle EBS/Fusion/SaaS, testing, documentation, and production support.
## What We Are Looking For
- Senior-level Oracle database and cloud experience with strong hands-on Oracle APEX and PL/SQL expertise.
- Strong experience with OCI, OIC, ADW, and ATP.
- Practical API and integration development experience.
- Experience working with enterprise databases and application environments.
- Broad development experience across the specified programming, scripting, web, API, and database technologies.
- Ability to communicate effectively and deliver independently in an enterprise environment.
- Prior AT&T experience is required.
## Preferred & Bonus Experience
- Experience supporting Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, and Oracle SaaS environments.
- Experience with enterprise cloud implementations, deployments, testing, documentation, and production support.
- Familiarity with the listed development environments, API testing tools, database utilities, source control, and file-transfer tools.
