## Role Overview
The AI Architect will design and architect enterprise-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry and Databricks. The role will establish scalable AI architectures, reusable frameworks and enterprise standards while driving secure, governed, observable, and responsible adoption of AI solutions across business domains.
## Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect enterprise-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry and Databricks.
- Develop hands-on prototypes, proof of concepts, and reference implementations to validate business use cases.
- Create scalable Agentic AI architectures covering multi-agent orchestration, tool integration, planning, reasoning, and autonomous workflow execution.
- Define reusable Agentic AI frameworks, accelerators, and architectural patterns for multiple business domains.
- Lead AI solution deployment strategies with focus on scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability.
- Establish AI governance frameworks, model lifecycle management, auditing, and compliance controls.
- Implement observability, monitoring, performance optimization, and risk management for Generative AI applications.
- Guide engineering teams through AI development best practices, architecture reviews, and technical governance.
## What We Are Looking For
- Hands-on experience designing enterprise-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
- Experience with Azure AI Foundry and Databricks for AI solution architecture and implementation.
- Experience architecting multi-agent systems, including orchestration, tool integration, planning, reasoning, and autonomous workflow execution.
- Experience defining scalable AI architectures, reusable frameworks, accelerators, and enterprise architecture patterns.
- Experience establishing AI governance, model lifecycle management, auditing, and compliance controls.
- Experience incorporating Responsible AI principles into enterprise solution designs.
## Preferred & Bonus Experience
- Experience with AI fairness, transparency, privacy, security, and ethical AI practices.
- Experience implementing observability and monitoring for GenAI applications.
- Experience with AI performance optimization and risk management.
- Experience developing reference implementations and reusable Agentic AI accelerators.
- Experience defining AI architecture standards, best practices, and technical guidelines for enterprise adoption.
