## Role Overview
The TAIDQ Analyst will support technology governance and application portfolio data management within an enterprise technology environment. The role focuses on maintaining accurate application and technology asset inventories, assessing and remediating data quality, validating and reconciling records, and producing application portfolio reporting. The analyst will work closely with senior Application Owners and Technology Leads to support governance, risk and issue management, and executive reporting.
## Key Responsibilities
- Manage application inventory and technology asset data across enterprise repositories.
- Assess and remediate data quality issues through validation and reconciliation activities.
- Analyze inventory completeness and identify gaps requiring remediation or stakeholder follow-up.
- Support application lifecycle management, ownership governance, support-model tracking and technology governance processes.
- Maintain and analyze metadata associated with application and technology asset records.
- Support application portfolio reporting and executive status reporting.
- Coordinate with senior Application Owners and Technology Leads to validate application and technology information.
- Use ServiceNow CMDB/Asset Management, JIRA, SharePoint, Microsoft Excel and Power BI to support technology data and governance activities.
- Track and manage risks and issues associated with application portfolio and technology asset data.
## What We Are Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in Application Portfolio Management, CMDB, Asset Inventory Management, Application Governance, or Technology Operations.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and asset repositories.
- Experience managing application inventory and technology asset data.
- Knowledge of application ownership, support models, infrastructure dependencies and technology governance processes.
- Experience with data quality assessment and remediation, data validation and reconciliation, metadata management, inventory completeness analysis and application portfolio reporting.
- Experience with ServiceNow CMDB/Asset Management, JIRA, SharePoint, advanced Microsoft Excel, Power BI and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work with senior Application Owners and Technology Leads.
- Experience with risk and issue management and executive status reporting and presentation.
## Preferred & Bonus Experience
- Experience in a banking and financial services technology environment.
- Experience with enterprise application inventory repositories.
- Experience with CMDB, Asset Management or Application Portfolio Management initiatives.
- Knowledge of application rationalization, ownership governance and technology lifecycle management.
