Role Overview
## Role Overview
RBC is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions for Financial Services Cloud (FSC), supporting banking, wealth management, insurance, and other regulated financial-services use cases. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on Salesforce development expertise combined with practical FSC implementation experience and a solid understanding of Salesforce security, integrations, data governance, and enterprise delivery practices.
## Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce Metadata.
- Implement and customize Financial Services Cloud capabilities including Person Accounts, Households, Financial Accounts, Action Plans, Referrals, and Relationship Management.
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, Lightning Web Components, and business automation using Flows, Approval Processes, and validation rules.
- Build and maintain REST/SOAP integrations with core banking, KYC/AML, insurance, and other external systems, with MuleSoft experience preferred.
- Implement Salesforce security controls including sharing rules, role hierarchy, access controls, and data governance practices appropriate for regulated environments.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, deployments, unit testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation and follow Salesforce development and implementation best practices.

- Deliver scalable Salesforce FSC solutions aligned with banking and wealth-management business processes.
- Build secure and reliable integrations between Salesforce and enterprise financial-services systems.
- Maintain high-quality, tested, and supportable Salesforce implementations within an Agile delivery environment.
