Role Overview
## Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Full Stack Developer to design, develop, maintain, optimize, and support enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on expertise across Core Java, Spring MVC, Hibernate/JPA, Oracle Database, Apache Kafka, and React JS, combined with strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving capabilities. The role requires technical ownership, solution-design skills, and effective collaboration across engineering and business stakeholders.
## Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain scalable, reliable, and high-performance Java-based enterprise applications.
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into efficient, maintainable technical solutions.
- Develop clean, reusable, optimized, and well-documented code following engineering standards and best practices.
- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend application components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues while maintaining system stability and reliability.
- Perform performance tuning, code refactoring, profiling, and continuous application optimization.
- Develop SQL solutions and perform query optimization and database performance tuning using Oracle Database.
- Build and maintain responsive frontend components using React JS and modern JavaScript.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, architects, and other stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to technical discussions, solution design, architecture decisions, and implementation trade-offs.

- Improve application reliability and performance through effective debugging, refactoring, and database optimization.
